Ken (R.) Deutch has written several excellent, some comical, stories about WOHO radio while he was there, including poking Jimmy Dean who stopped at the station to sell his (brother's) new sausage products, another when they buried one of the call letters and UT student started digging, and the mistake of hiring an out of state program director. Radio World has quite a few unique WOHO stories, and he even talks about how depressed he was when he finally got into WSPD's building, the premier heritage station in the Toledo market, only to find out that its 10 year studios Downtown were already a sh**hole in the 70's. Entertaining reading when you only got your school closings from the radio morning shows.
