Toledo Country Station For Sale
Toledo Country Station For Sale
What Toledo FM Country Station is for sale due to the owner's impending retirement? Asking price is $1,650,000. Just curious!
Re: Toledo Country Station For Sale
Got to be 107.7. The station must be making money, as they have stuck with the format all this time.

Been for sale a long time, listed with a broker since at least 2016...

Dudley probably built it to sell it. Just as he has before.

Re: Toledo Country Station For Sale
107.7 is miles ahead of 107.3 and 106.5, not a top prize but at least decent. In terms of Market Coverage. I think for this station to sell to another commercial broadcaster, there would need to be someone like Sarkes Tarzian or Woof boom, to enter the market and also purchase 1-2 more stations plus WPFX.
The last I had heard, The Wolf was getting 3 shares.

Does the Wolf even subscribe to the book? They have a pretty decent following in BG, I hear it down there more than K100, so at least Wood County they're doing okay, but the population just isn't there to make the big money. Signal is okay. Is Dudley selling Fremont too?

I don’t recall seeing much promotion for 107.7, but I am in only in Toledo about once a month. 3 share sounds high, but Toledo does love country.

Re: Toledo Country Station For Sale
They got nowhere near full asking price and agreed to finance most of the purchase price to boot!!!

Probably because the TX is just a few miles out of BG.WOHO wrote: ↑Wed Sep 25, 2019 2:42 pmDoes the Wolf even subscribe to the book?
