The Cincinnati ratings look very interesting: https://radioinsight.com/ratings/cincinnati/

Classic Country 105.9/106.7 is #4 overall with a 5.4 between the two sticks (4.7 for 105.9 WNKN and 0.7 for 106.7 WNKR) and ahead of the other country stations in the market despite being on a pair of rimshots (105.9 might not be a rimshot as it's not much farther out than 96.5).

Personally, on my two most recent Cincinnati-area trips, I listened to a lot of WNKN and its signal goes north to Bellefontaine and east to around the Mount Sterling exit on I-71

Check the "recently played" list. You just might find allot of songs in the same exact order. I notice this allot with iHeart. Take Channel 999 and 92.5 Kiss FM. Same songs, same order... just a few minutes off of each other. Mix 98.1 Defiance and 101.5 The River. Same exact thing.

Mix 98-1 is back to Hot AC (this week anyway). Still Premium Choice, of course. They and WRVF do run the same corporate '80s music logs on Friday nights.

Speaking of Premium Choice CHR, in some parts of Ohio one can hear 92.5 Kiss FM Toledo, 93.9 Kiss FM Lima, and Y105 Mansfield, all running the same corporate music logs. The same so called "country" music with snap/clap tracks and white boy rapping can be heard in much of the area on both 105.7 The Bull Defiance and T102 Lima. And during tropo I often notice the same songs on 103.1 WNDH Napoleon and Big 106.5 Dayton. So much of Ohio is a Premium Choice wasteland. Mansfield's new Breeze is a refreshing change musically in that market, but it's the exact same music as WRVF-HD3.

And the corporate programming becomes especially noticeable during the Christmas season, when if the tropo gods send us a little holiday gift, I can here in the Ann Arbor area sometimes hear four or five stations all running the Premium Choice Christmas format... WNIC, River, Mix 98-1, and WSRW and/or WMJI on 105.7.

WEBN is active rock, it's been active rock for years, and it sounds nothing like WLLZ. WEBN is a great radio station.

The format descriptors on web sites that give ratings data are often outdated or flat out wrong.
