Antenna TV gone?

A place to go for those of you who wish to discuss happenings in OH, IN, IL, WI, and Ontario. OSU sucks, by the way.

TeddyBear, what's the scoop with Pluto TV? Free (other than paying for video data) for shows with a ton of commercials? No current big 4 networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox) I assume?

It's CBS owned. They run spots. You see Late Big 4 shows, late cable shows and allot of reuns. Pluto almost resembles a regular OTA or basic cable system. It's geared towards people who refuse to pay for TV and/or cannot get local stations.

That's basically it. Doesn't help a lot of channels practically marathon the same show day after day on Pluto TV.

Have you watched cable recently? Waltons, Little House, Rediculousness, Mom, How It's Made, Three's Company, Will & Grace.... need I go on? These are CURRENT cable shows binged and repeated. Like I said, it resembles cable. I hit it on the nose.

So.... with Antenna TV still on, what's with 48.1? AMG, yet every description everywhere of WMNT 48.1 shows it is Cozi. Cozi isn't even on 48.1. Cozi is gone from all 4 subchannels.

Also, WZTS 16 now geo filters by ISP, leaving it unwatchable other than in West Virginia. The owner actually told me that they wanted to do this for a while.

Maybe the Cozi change started today. Looks like it's on Buckeye channel 58, which is usually airing the same thing as WMNT 48.1

They were airing AGN, as of last week.

It appears they're back to showing AGN, AMG, or whatever that network is that they use during the day, not sure if they were just testing Cozi the other day when I tuned in, though maybe that change is coming in the new year, as the cozitv website even lists it as being available on WMNT 48.1, so who knows? Nice to see some old comedies during the day on 48.1 such as "Just Shoot Me" and "King of Queens."

It's AMG. I mistyped above.

I still notice that they still do not do the legally required Legals at the top. These would look much better as overlays than the "cut" versions they used to use 4 years ago. The Legals they used, cut off programming for 10 seconds.

Still no required EAS tests either. This shocks me, for them being class A or class D.

What the hell is wrong with you, WMNT? Your station has been incompetent ever since the digital switchover!
At least they finally dropped advertising cigarettes, which has been illegal for 50 years!

(They had been running old "Make Room For Daddy" episodes, in which Danny Thomas endorsed the quality of the products of American Tobacco Company).
