A place to go for those of you who wish to discuss happenings in OH, IN, IL, WI, and Ontario. OSU sucks, by the way.

Wish they had an online feed, like Comet and Buzzr have. You can get both on smart TV's.

Today I saw this...

Did not realize Nexstar now owns it.

It was originally a product of Tribune Broadcasting, which was acquired by Nexstar back in September.

Are you guys able to tune in to WMYD-TV 20 from Detroit? They have AntennaTV on 20.2.... or is that station's transmitter just too far away for reliable reception?

Maybe WTOL is going to pick it up to replace MeTV…………..

Antenna TV needs to be on a better signal than WMNT in Toledo.

I think WTOL actually lost MeTV to WTVG.

They decided to by themselves, WTOL and Justice are both owned by Tegna

Tegna doesn't like to have more than 4 channels on their stations. Looking at their rabbitears.info listings, none of their stations have more than 4 channels. Maybe if they remove Grit

WMYD-TV 20 Detroit and it's subchannels are only available on Buckeye Broadband on the Michigan side of the border, namely Bedford township.
Yep, Bedford Township is practically the furthest Buckeye can offer the Detroit channels these days (and I'm about a half mile from the state line).
WTVS can be offered in Toledo, but it's the only full-power Detroit station not carried at all by Buckeye (even in Bedford)

I can pick up 20 with a rooftop antenna most of the time. Channel 2 and 20 are the most reliable Detroit signals. I have picked most of the others once in a while, too.

WMYD has the best signal of any Detroit station. I can pick it up with a coax cable plugged into my TV without being hooked up to an antenna. Sometimes if the conditions are right, I can get it without any cable being plugged into the TV.

It seems that channel 21 is a very recievable RF frequency in ATSC 8VSB. 14-29 seem to be the best UHF frequencies that are more recievable. TV20 is on RF 21.

CW50 also carries at least to lower Wood Co., since they are on channel 14... depending on your antenna and how it's setup.
