My initial thought: What took them so long? The area is positively flooded with Country signals: WJNR, WUPY, WCYE, WHDG, as well as other stations providing fringe-area service.

I don't have any real numbers, but my observation is that this station is rapidly pulling listeners away from 93.1/94.1.
