I’m guessing you’re right about the ratings for the National Desk being 0 locally. Management didn’t share that information with us when I was there… I’m guessing because it was doing so poorly… despite all the promotional time we were giving it.
Our Marketing Director and News Promotion Manager just follow the corporate mandates and have no idea how to grow local audience share. Those local positions might as well be hubbed out as well.
