The HR Manager is busy

Post by sinklair » Wed May 05, 2021 6:59 am

We’ve seen layoffs... endured pay freezes... been asked to do more with less... have a management team that is never accessible/lock themselves behind closed doors... all during a pandemic. Now when there are real stresses for local journalists, we no longer are being asked to seek help from our less than caring HR Director. Now we should just talk to the CareBridge bot.

25-66’s HR Director/Party Planner must be too busy calling up the recipe for grilled cheese and tomato soup.

HR managers going to lose their job since the bot is taking over the job for them? And the bots also don't get paid.

Our HR Manager has been “regionalized” for some time now... overseeing both Flint and Traverse City. We have automation in Production Control. Our Master Control is a hub also for Traverse City. We have a graphics hub. “The Sinclair way” looks for any opportunity to reduce headcount. No wonder why we need more HR help from a bot. We’re all stressed from doing more with less and Ashley can’t be found.
