Dumping Sinclair Stock

Post by sinklair » Thu Mar 25, 2021 7:09 am

It’s never a good sign when the company’s Chairman and lead conspiracy theorist David Smith is caught dumping hundreds of thousands of his own company’s shares... padding his wallet with $20-million at a time when we are being forced to lay off workers at an already understaffed station.

Stop dumping stock... and instead start dumping the ineffective corporate and station managers who are running places like 25-66 into the ground.

Master: yes I have some Sinclair stock. No I’m not going to buy any more. If the company wanted to reward employees for the sacrifices we’ve had to make over the past year due to COVID, David Smith should have given us the shares.

Yup David Smith should've given his shares to the workers at Sinclair.

It’s amazing how there’s so much differences in how the ownership companies operate. They are all seeing the same pressure when it came to a drop in advertising revenue. While companies like Sinclair saw layoffs and wage freezes, others like Gray minimized the impact on station operations and employees.

Another Smith brother is dumping company stock after running it into the ground:

There will be more cuts coming to stations as CEO Chris the Ripper tries to stabilize SBG’s stock price. This company believes in cutting toward profitability. Expect Dave Bondy to be the last anchor standing, anchoring all coverage 24-7 on 25-66. And the In Over Her Head News Director/Birthday Girl/Corporate Suck Up still won’t believe there’s anything wrong with how she’s running the newsroom into the ground. It’s extremely frustrating to see how far the station has fallen in the past two years. No one enjoys coming to work anymore and more and more people ate leaving to find jobs outside of Sinclair.
