2020 has sucked for soooo many reasons. Didn’t think positive events like 25-66’s annual community holiday concert “A Classy Brassy Christmas” would be able to be pulled off this year. But big props to the energized bunny of journalists Bill Harris for finding a way to make it work with COVID safe precautions for the musicians and our broadcast team.
New location at the Temple Theatre, but same great music and energy. Too bad we couldn’t do it at the Capitol again this year.

“Mid-Michigan NOW!” Is a lame branding line. It is also fraudulent. It’s supposed to be a reinforcing brand of 25-66’s digital properties, including our website, mobile, social media, OTT/STIRR streaming TV app, etc.
So you would imagine the Pierson Road “brain trust” would be all over making sure 25-66 would make this year’s Classy Brassy Christmas and More easily watchable on our website, mobile app, social media, STIRR... but you’d be wrong.
For as much time and effort that we put into the broadcast, 25-66’s In Over Her Head News Director completely dropped the ball again. She epitomizes the saying that you’re promoted to the highest level of incompetence.
