Advertising revenue bouncing back

Post by sinklair » Thu Aug 06, 2020 4:02 am

So the hypocrisy of Sinclair continues to show...

25-66’s owners tell Wall Street that advertising revenue is bouncing back strong for the third quarter... powered largely by political advertising and businesses who are resuming advertising after COVID-19. ... gram+Reels

However, when you ask local managers about pay raises that have been put on hold for months, hiring freezes or positions that have been cut, they tell you the sky is falling. Another example of Sinclair running their stations on the cheap and the inability of local management to grow the station.

I can see the uptick in advertising revenue because of it being an election year. Hold onto your hats come Nov 5th, coupled with "shut'er down Whitmer, it just may tank again.

Oh, that's right.

Time for you to pay a union in order to work and then get a worse deal than you have now.
