There is a house in Flint with 11 bedrooms and 10000-20000 square feet quoted on various sites, no doubt due to whether finished basements and carriage houses with living areas are included or not. Before the crash in 2008, it was assessed at $1,000,000. After the crash, it fell to about $300,000, and has worked itself back to $500,000-$600,000 on various websites. Although that house on Colchester Rd. is not bad, there are many larger and fancier homes in Flint, at incredibly low prices. There's an author from Flint who now lives in San Francisco in a 700 square foot house. If he moved back to Flint, he could easily buy two of the nicest homes in Flint, and even the huqe one. And San Francisco has seen much better days with the homeless, the poop in the streets, now the virus, and the general prohibitive home and apartment rental cost situation. I'm beginning to think that "location, location, location" is about as valuable as poop in the streets.

Lovin: it’s an entertainment TV show.

Good for Matt and Katie. Just don’t drink the water... or trust city hall when they tell you it’s safe to drink the water.

Easy solution for R and Lovin: Turn off HGTV and go to your bunkers.

Some of us are working to improve hiring and working conditions for persons of color in local media... other cupcakes are mortally offended by home purchasing shows on cable TV. This is the world you’re living in..

Went right over your head as usual... hope you and your conspiracy theory’s buddies have an awesome day. Don’t forget to pack extra tin foil.

R: I’d actually would like you to point out where in the DNC platform it talks about tin foil. Not sure you’ve actually read either party platform in fact.

R: you just dont get it. You are a laughing stock here. Might want to stop typing while you’re ahead. Your posts show how little reality there’s in your world. Plus it has zero to do with the post at hand.... the Flint episode of House Hunters. Stay on topic please!

As you like to remind others, that’s your OPINION. Nothing more.
