I agree that it's bad to be mocked on a national television broadcast. But, what should 25 have done differently with that report? Should they have just not reported it at all?

Sorry. That was a legitimate story. The Daily Show is hilarious, and can take any situation and find a way the exploit it. If I remember correctly, they also used a clip of a 12 reporter drawing a penis in touch screen monitor during a newscast. Now that was funny!
You’ve gone from butthurt to just plain petty in this attempt to criticize your employer.

I never said it wasn’t a legitimate story. I said it wasn’t good to have your stories mocked on a national comedy show.

I don’t think it was a good thing to have 12’s reporter mocked by drawing a “penis” on the telestrator either.

You may not like that I criticize my station... then managers should start taking the not-so-subtle hint to start focusing on doing the right thing for your employees. It’s pretty basic actually. Management 101 stuff.
