WJRT/Gray TV has posted their News Director, Jayne Hodak, is leaving this month.
First it was Ian Rubin leaving WNEM... now Jayne is "retiring to spend more time with her family".
Don't these waves come in threes? If so, Mike Schram at 25-66 should polish up his resume!
Acceptable registrations in the queue through February 13 at 6:30a ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

WJRT News Director leaving
Re: WJRT News Director leaving
Is this the same Jayne that does programming for wtvg in Toledo? I didn't know she had news duties as well.
After Tamara Ross left, they took the duties up to Flint, with Jayne as the program manager.

Something to think about- Just because I point out that you cannot do your job properly and appropriately, does not mean that anyone is calling you a bad person. However, you tell the world that you are a bad person by denying that you cannot do your job.

Different Jayne. I think you're referring to Jayne Berklich, who is the Programming Director at JRT.

When you have a news anchor have to be the weather man on weekends, you know it's time to go.
