I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. The only money to be made in TV news today is suing your current and/or former employer.

Oh, and here’s another tip. DO NOT GO TO HR IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!

HR exists to defend the company and make you, the employee, go away.

HR is like the “internal affairs” of a police department. It serves as damage control for the department and tries to get the underlings to shut up. Oh, no conflict of interest there! Don’t like what the cops are doing? Complain to someone in THE SAME BUILDING BEING PAID OUT OF THE SAME POT where everyone knows everyone. :rollin You really think you’re getting justice? Ever wonder why managers encourage disgruntled employees to go to HR? You think it’s to get the manager in trouble? Pure ignorance!

I hope Brittany wins millions here.
