The article from Sinclair’s Salt Lake City station was syndicated to all Sinclair TV station websites. It shows the lack of oversight that it not only has the wrong year in the headline… but that it still remains up without being fixed.
There’s so little editorial oversight… led by VP of Publishing and Scott Livingston lapdog, Manny Fantis. Fantis oversaw the launch and subsequent destruction (at a very high cost) of the Circa app and ‘Refined’ websites in some of the nation’s biggest TV markets. Fantis is the digital equivalent to the low TV production quality on the broadcast side.
No one should be surprised that something as simple and easy to catch slipped by simply because they don’t have editors on the national digital desk.
