I just saw her post on Facebook... Sad, really. She was an amazing personality and versatile, not only doing weather, but her reporting segments were interesting as well. She'll be missed.

Non-competes are basically already done since it’s essentially pointless to fight them in court at this stage. That said, they officially become unenforceable on September 4. The exception is executives who make $151k +.
