Re: Stanton Tang/Amy Fox sue Nexster for defamation
They've got no case against Nexstar, in my opinion.
All Nexstar did (publicly) was announce certain claims were being investigated and summarize its corporate policy with regard to LGBTQ news coverage.
Nexstar ultimately decided a change in newsroom leadership was necessary, which could have been for any number of reasons.
Did people on the inside leak info or share their perspective on what was occurring to the press or via social media? Sure. Not sure how that is Nexstar's fault.

DTE Energy paid $752 million in dividends to its shareholders last fiscal year. Remember that the next time they ask the MPSC to approve rate hikes.

They were public figures and therefore malice would have to be proved, which is very difficult. Case will be thrown out.
Re: Stanton Tang/Amy Fox sue Nexster for defamation
This case will be thrown out has no merit, surprised that the leakers aren't suing Nexstar wouldn't they have a case or is it like Tang & Fox suit and it be thrown out if they wanted to sue.
