Post by originalzzmfmjock » Sat Aug 31, 2019 5:24 pm

It is with great sadness that I make this post about my friend and former co-worker Tom Wyant. Tom passed away this morning at the age of 74. Tom worked at many radio stations during his 50 plus year career. He worked at WMUS and WTRU Muskegon, He was also part owner of WLKI in Angola, Indiana for many years. Upon his return to West Michigan in the 90's, Tom worked at WLHT, WTRV and WFGR, The last 7 years of Tom's career were spent at Real Oldies 1480 and 850 Grand Rapids/Muskegon, retiring from radio in December of 2018. Tom was a pleasure to work with. Always had a smile on his face, kind words for everyone, and willing to help out whenever and where ever needed. He will be missed by all of us who know him and worked with him.
