Governor Whitmer signs gun violence bills

Post by Taco » Mon May 22, 2023 2:38 pm

I'm glad we have a governor who actually cares about such things as gun violence. It's definitely a step in the right direction and she has shown great leadership in this matter in comparison to other governors. Can't say much about the nut jobs in office in Florida and Texas.

Woe to you, oh earth and sea
For the Devil sends the beast with wrath
Because he knows the time is short
Let him who hath understanding reckon the number of the beast
For it is a human number
Its number is six hundred and sixty-six

Who gives a fuck about more laws when the ones on the book are ignored? I'd take Ron DeSantis over tyrant Whitmer in a heartbeat.

What's more pathetic: harassing an old man who is paying to do a radio show or supporting a grifter like Trump?

You just like fat fucking meatballs on your pasta, nothing to do with Whitmer. :hat

But I do agree... more laws won't do a damn thing about gun violence.

What we need is funding mandates for sheriff departments to enforce existing laws.

It doesn't matter what they enforce if woke prosecutors don't act on referrals.

Then we aren't quite finished with gun issues. We prosecute anyone who threatens a gun in my county. Maybe the prosecutor isn't woke as much as starved of resources.

Not a liberal. Nice try.

Also, Eli touched you in the good spots, apparently. $20 is $20! #amirite

She won decisively here. A clone of him ran here and got blown to smithereens. Enough said.

I don't see this law helping to end gun violence in my opinion use the existing laws that are on the books.
