Now, it could be a good thing, IF the reason it's being done is that Ohio lacks the skills and equipment to be able to handle this kind of stuff, and the folks here make a lot of money from their mess. It would surprise me if they didn't have the capability to handle the stuff, especially, well, with Cleveland and all that.
