No, a recall will fail because there is such a high threshold. Use your head: the two states that had the highest case rates basically had all the people that were going to get the virus get it early. Cuomo and Karen threw suck people into nursing homes. I post on my phone generally so sometimes I'm too concise. The formula is deaths/cases = death rate. Nursing homes are skewing the data. The nursing home policy appears to be intentional.
