You're going to see more and more of this moving forward - people deciding that the risks of staying closed any longer outweigh the risks of the possible consequences of re-opening.

The weirdest part of this story is that the local cops wrote him up.
Especially Owosso. That's a laid back town. Everyone knows everyone.
