So what do you think? Does treating patients with Vitamin C warrant an FBI raid? Seems beyond ridiculous to me.The FBI is conducting a raid at Allure Medical in Shelby Township...The FBI confirms the raid is in connection to a questionable treatment for coronavirus that was being offered at the center...
Allure has recently promoted that it is treating COVID-19 patients who aren't hospitalized using intravenous vitamin C therapy "with great results."
In a press release sent out to news stations last week, Allure said that Dr. Charles Mok, the founder of Allure Medical, is providing the high-dose intravenous vitamin C therapy to all essential workers in Michigan

At a certain point you can have too much vitamin C... at another point deceptive practices become predatory... the feds usually frown on that sort of thing.bmw wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 9:07 amThis was posted yesterday at 10 AM, a little surprised nobody commented on this story:

But is there any evidence that anybody's been getting sick from too much Vitamin C at this medical facility? The feds sure seem to have a thing for cracking down on treatments (for whatever disease) that can't be patented (and thus can't make money for the pharmaceutical industry).

And for people who essentially rob others... I wonder what this guy was charging?bmw wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 9:30 amBut is there any evidence that anybody's been getting sick from too much Vitamin C at this medical facility? If the facility was misrepresenting health benefits and putting the health & welfare of its clients at serious risk, then an FBI raid is certainly appropriate.
I'm not certain that's what occurred in this case, but *if* that indeed was occurring, then a raid is appropriate.

Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

Meanwhile, we have a local clinic actually running ads on local TV basically saying "if you have covid symptoms, come to us and we'll prescribe hydroxychloroquine" as if it was some over-the-counter type medicine, yet the NIH and CDC have issued warnings about using it without all the proper oversight.
Hydroxychloroquine has shown a lot of promise, but it is detrimental to a portion of the population.
