My major point being that’s who Trump is speaking to with his rhetoric... Suburban folks (especially women) don’t seem to be buying it but the base sure does... so the “black or brown hordes of invaders are coming!” isn’t a winning message. And most of the protestors and rioters are white which blunts the message even more. This is why Trump is getting little to no traction.
