I was planning on going to this, but I had fallen and fractured my elbow 2 days before. And I didn't get well until COVID hit! Yay!

I was thinking about doing a booth. Just didn't work out. How did it go?

Really bummed USECA stopped doing their swaps. GM was doing trunk swaps once a month from August to October at the Packard Proving Grounds. Got rained out though for the September one.

It went well. I didn't buy any big ticket items. Some wire, insulators. A MFJ dipole I'll probably never use.
Next swap is Livonia's in February. I just may set up for that one.

Does GM do those swaps still? I've never heard of anyone going to one. Yeah I know they post it on their website for every month. I sent them an email asking about local freqs 'cuz I wanted to program the local repeaters into some radios I had to sell them and never got a response.

I saw it on Facebook. It is real. I have mutual friends that went. GM ARC is holding it right at the old Packard Proving Grounds. Like I said, September got rained out. They are doing it May-October. Definitely too cold now.

Thanks.
That's a drive for me to not be sure if it's actually happening.

Livonia is too far for me. Good luck.
