Sounds more like somebody went off memory when writing a script rather than double checking it. If you don’t really follow things super closely and you’re in a hurry you can substitute one thing for another fairly easily. The mistake is less concerning than nobody catching it so it went to air that way.

The idea was that she read a script somebody else wrote with the wrong thing written down.

When I was really little, I thought Aerosmith was singing "Walk Vince Wade" instead of "Walk This Way. Whatever happened to Vince Wade anyway?
