Ryan Wrecker just did a story on the deteriorating condition of the historic former WWJ transmitter building, located "On 8 Mile, near Groesbeck"

Wrong county, and definitely off by several miles, but you're only as good as your writers.

The mural in the old WWJ building is really something to see. Apparently, the rubes in the restaurant business didn't do anything resembling due diligence.
