When interviewing someone, let the other person do most of the talking. Viewers want to know what they have to say. Not you. Please don't try to impress the audience or the interviewee with all you expertise.
I don't have any issue with you and your cohorts dazzling and baffling each other when talking back and forth.
But when doing an interview, remember the person you are interviewing has actually thrown a ball or slapped a puck for a living. Don't go all Joan Lunden. Ask the question and then listen to what they have to say.
