More news on Fox 2?

I was checking future tv listings and saw a noon newscast on Fox 2. I’m wondering why if they’re going to add news, why not 4pm? I’m guessing they’re just rollling with the ratings Judge Judy is pulling in.

Maybe to out-do the competition? I saw an ad today for WDIV that showed their new lineup. It starts at the normal 4:30AM and now has "news" all the way to 2PM! They're pushing back the 10AM "D" show to 11AM to stick with the NBC morning news but then the "D" will run into their noon newscast. Then there will be an hour of NBC news after that.
