Too bad; I'm a fan of his work. I wish him a smooth surgery and speedy recovery!

I am not a fan of Johnny Kane's play by play work. It is better than it used to be, but he has the wrong voice type for that job, in my opinion.

Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

Wishing Mr. Blaha a speedy and successful recovery.

Why not have Mario Impemba fill-in during Mr Blaha’s recovery?
He’d be great.

It's gonna be a sad day when Detroit loses George Blaha. His voice goes back years with Detroit sports fans. Never in trouble, never made himself the story. I certainly hope he has a quick and easy recovery!

My dad had bypass surgery in the early 1970's and lived a healthy life for another 30 years or so.
It's pretty routine stuff nowadays.

Word is that he may be back for the Spartans in the fall. TBD. Something like a bypass puts you out for months.

George was hired to MC a fundraiser in Flint at Hurley Hospital, he refused the payment for the event.

I loved him calling the Pistons growing up, but he's a complete hack calling sharty football.

There was a report from 97.1 last night that George had a successful surgery and had begun his recovery last night.
