As most know, she does a Health Works bit around 7:30 every morning. Usually it's just the obvious. Lose weight. Work out. Wash your hands and wear your mask. No kidding type stuff.

Anyway, after her little segment, she chats with the two anchors for a little bit about what she just talked about. I like watching Towers while she blabs about it. He always seems to me to have a "I could care less" look on his face.

On Fox 2 it's whoever decided that the women who have really long hair must have all their hair in shot.. So their heads are at the very top of the screen and the rest is filled up by hair.

Also, drop the damn kids channel to 480i. It’s a waste of bandwidth at 1080i.

Electronic babysitting doesn’t need to be 1080i. You can use overcompressed 480i for it.
