Herman Moore would be a fantastic choice! The guy is intelligent with a great personality. I've never understood why he doesn't have a higher profile in the media. And I like the Baligian choice too. Although it seems like he can't get a sniff in at 97.1.
I always like listening to people who have actually played in the pros. Seem to be more authentic to me.
Herman Moore would be a good choice.
Let's pray he's not a fan of the "what's your favorite dish at Applebee's?" type discussions.

Flipped on the station after the Lions game and heard Dan Leach and Brian Chapman. So I'm guessing they are back in some capacity.

I caught that, too. Probably because part-timers can only get so many hours, and with Caputo doing the Sunday morning show and Riger floating between Stoney and Wojo, they probably had no choice.

Has 97.1 been bought by Jeff Riger? Seems all I hear, mornings, on the Wojo show, his own time slot after Wojo, he's on the weekends, basically he's on all the time...

I think Pat Caputo has the most airtime of anyone in Detroit radio, he's on the air for 7 days a week, 4 hours at a time. They really need to hire a few more people.

Lindsay Hunter was on Detroit Sports 105.1 a few years back with the PD Dave Shore in the afternoon.

Heard someone new on the station a couple weekends ago. I believe his name was "Jim Costa"?
