Ron probably thought that if he takes emails, then the phone wouldn't be able to get the score so he wanted the lane clear for the play by play.

Emailing is back! Ron’s done play-by-play before while still taking emails, so I don’t know why that would’ve been a concern.

No question (again). Still too busy. Having a question was at least evidence of some show prep. But even that’s too much to ask of Ron.

Ron’s upset that he’s getting no emails.

Ron has never heard of the saying about not burning the candle at both ends. “I never had a cigarette in my mouth.” I remember he once laughed uproariously at the saying about a broken clock is right twice a day. “I’ve never heard that,” he said.

New to me, too. And he moved to Florida, not Hawaii. Close enough for government, or Ron, work.

Was it Keith Crain who he said paid him a compliment (which triggered the comment, “Thank you for telling me that”)?!

More complaints about getting no emails. I don’t remember Ron ever getting them “like crazy,” as he claims. C’mon Ron, fill this vacuum by taking some softball questions from the insurance company “callers.”

Re his Shotgun Shuba story, Ron initially confused Hank Aaron for Jackie Robinson. And I’m doubting he was ever on Ron’s show.

I feel like Ron is losing momentum lately. No emails, less callers, it seems like his cult is starting to abandon him.

If the email’s aren’t coming, as he continues to lament, perhaps because he no longer has listeners who can email, maybe Ron will ask for telegrams.
