Ron could have had all the high profile jobs in the Detroit area but chose the brokered radio route. Thank goodness

Rob was talking about Kurt's delusions, and then Ron chimes in with his own delusion, about him being the first choice as a Free Press columnist, before Mike Downey. Ron wrote a couple of columns for the Free Press in the early 1980s, neither of which showed the kind of imagination needed to be a top columnist.
