Have 2's numbers EVER been that bad at 10PM?

I’ve been throwing these up since 2013 I think? In that time I’d say their 10pm is at least half what it used to be. I remember them regularly pulling better that 6’s and sometimes 7’s on the 10pm. 7 has lost quite a bit at 11. 4 has actually lost 2 full points as well. The 6pm seems to be the real battle ground now. 7 is putting all of their effort and investment there. If they had a better 4pm and 5pm those numbers at 6 might be higher.
