I liked Brandon Roux's weather forecast on Loco 4's Friday Morning newscast:

"I've knocked the temperature down on Saturday a tad because I think we are going to see a lot more cloud cover than first thought. Looks for highs near or just above 40 degrees."

Actual result:
Damn near 100% sunshine from sun up to sun down with high temps around 50!

:lol

Can we all agree that singer Adam Levine is a douche? :razz

7 Action News on TV20, 10p Wednesday Jan 23. Reporting on the Packard Plant pedestrian bridge collapse, Brian Abel reported that it was the second accident at the site within a month. He referred to the death of the person who fell down an elevator shaft while gaming with a group of "friends." Problem is, quite early on, it became known (except apparently to WXYZ) that the incident occurred at a building near East Ferry and St. Aubin Streets, not at the Packard Plant as was initially reported.

The WWJ radio 950 night to day signal pattern switchover which normally takes about two seconds took longer this morning. I am usually listening at 8am and today it took about 20 seconds for whatever reason. Something possibly frozen or what?

Big RF being switched there, could have been higher than normal VSWR at one or more towers due to icing, or other factors.
When they do the switch at top hour, very often the legal ID gets lost during the transition. At other times, usually around quarter-hours, a portion of a sponsor's commercial gets dumped. Wonder if they have to do make-goods when that happens.

I watched the 11 PM last night on 7 and I think by then they finally remembered to correct this so as to refer to "this area" rather than "this site".

My furthest DTV tropo: KDKA Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at 202 miles for three days in January 2017 and a night in September 2017 with only an Antennas Direct C2V!

Current setup: Antennas Direct C2Max (2018-present)
