Anyone know what Mat stafford status is with lunches with Ron in the past? That can play a major role in his pick
As Ron has yet to set foot in Ford Field, I think it's pretty safe to say that the paths of Ron & Matthew Stafford have never crossed.
Are you suggesting Stafford has never been to a library?

If Matthew Stafford ever met his idol from his youth, I'm sure Ron would embellish the story with Stafford posing the inevitable incredulous inquiry, "What are YOU doing here?!" Along with the obligatory hug & ensuing laughter. And Ron would lead with this story EVERY hour of EVERY show.

Last week—the phone problems, where they had to resort to string-and-can?

So the station is now responsible for getting Ron a copy of the Yellow Pages?

Ron must be fighting mad that Terry Foster showed him up.

He had an in-studio guest last week, a sponsor, & that seemed to work out.

Probably where they couldn't connect phone calls properly, and had to use the audio from the speakers.
