Thanks. I watched Game 7 on its 50th anniversary five years ago. Great experience.
I dislike the current playoff format so much that I've been watching other old playoff games on YouTube. Watched the opening game of the 1973 NLCS playoffs the other day—great pitching duel between future Tiger Jack Billingham of the Reds and Tom Seaver of the Mets.

Hey Martin.If Ron leaves for another station I might buy a couple hours of brokered air time that would be avaliable with his departure.You,could produce my show.I might even,call you,an asshole on the air like Ron did a couple of years ago.

I agree.Secretly I bet Martin enjoys the posts on the buzzboard.I can't imagine working for a low class oaf like Ron.I bet Martin can't wait for Ron to leave the station.

I think Martin tells us how he really feels about Ron during his introduction, with the exaggerated and sarcastic way he says "Ron Cameron".

Unless it's WNZK, which is in the same building and thus Martin may still be around.
1440 is a darkhorse, however despite the higher power the signal is heavily directional and overall terrible.

According to Wikipedia, WNZK's power of 2500 watts is a veritable blowtorch compared to WPON's 670 daytime and 580 nighttime watts. Granted the highly unusual, if not unique practice of WNZK having two frequencies can lead to confusion. If Ron buys airtime on WNZK, I hope he doesn't purchase a time slot which involves the change.

Ron is pushing Downriver, which I believe is a clue to the new station. WNZK’s towers are in I believe Huron Township and certainly cover the area. WFDF’s are near Carleton but have somewhat of a null that way. WMKM’s (1440) are in Romulus. These are the three most likely options, in order.
I don’t think 1270 has a dedicated AM studio anymore, and WJR charges too much. I can’t see Luke giving Ron another chance on 1400 (or 1500).
