Ron should spell the name of the Orale restaurant. It took me a few minutes on the Internet to figure out the spelling.

Is Ron going to go overtime again this week, with his standard Phil Regan story?

Ron goes from nationwide exposure to four callers and one emailer in the span of a week. Such is life.

Martin's probably trying to find a song with a hidden message about Ron to follow the show.

Martin Anthony is currently doing "stream-of-consciousness" broadcasting on WPON.

Checking it out, right now he is reflecting on his radio career playing his old sound checks

Hey all,

Since we are all technically advanced with the Jumbotron, this may not be news to you, but if you are looking at steaming wpon during sportstalk the tune in app works well via smart tv, if your looking for other options since Bluetooth seems to not work

Disagree Paul, players don’t have great memories of mike Babcock
Missed today’s show, so not sure the context of this statement or Paul’s take, but like his players, I think Coney Island servers felt the same way about “Babs”. I saw him treat a server, who was obviously a fan, and not even a fawning or bothersome one, with disgust and disdain one cold morning in downtown Northville. Total tool.

I was listening to Pat Caputo last night and this one call reminded me of some of Kurt's calls.

This 71-year old guy calls in. He's all hazy with nostalgia for the '68 Tigers and he starts reciting names: Al Kaline, Mickey Lolich, Jim Northrup, Willie Horton, on and on.

Caputo finally gets tired of this, and says, "You forgot Tom Matchick, Wayne Comer, Jon Warden..." and other lesser known players. Caputo also mentions Willie Horton, and the caller angrily says, "I said Willie Horton!"

Speaking of which, the restaurant in the Delta is now a Pizzeria UNO. Was in there a few weeks ago- always liked their pizza but they seem to have vanished from the area. Sadly they must have ditched the Jumbotron- I didn’t see it.

I didn’t ask if any of their staff are holdovers from the restaurant when our hero lived there.

I need to get to Mozzarella in Rochester Hills in the next two to three weeks. If Mr. Positive is reading, please give it a shot and give us a review Friday or Sunday!
