I Can't Seem To Delete This
I Can't Seem To Delete This
Has this every happened to anyone out there? You record a show on a DVR, watch it and try to delete it when you've watched it. Only it does not delete. This occurs on my Comcast DVR every so often. Right now I have an episode of Stargirl that won't go away. Maybe some knows what exactly is going on, (though I admit it is not a H*** problem.)

I'm the last person qualified to answer any kind of technical question. But I've sometimes found, with any kind of digital equipment,if it isn't working the way it's supposed to, power it down and then turn it back on. Sometimes helps.

This happens on my DirecTV, If I start watching in one room, and finish in another. Will only allow me to delete from the location I started watching.

You can check it out anytime you want, but you can never leave it.

Sounds familiar...I've sometimes found if it isn't working the way it's supposed to, power it down and then turn it back on. Sometimes helps.

The IT Crowd is a classic.
As for the issue, I'm nowhere near a Comcast DVR, but maybe it has the whole series recorded, not just one episode? That could be the issue.

Take anything people say with a grain of salt, a lime wedge, and maybe a bottle of tequila.
