Who do you think are the best and worst news anchors of all time? These are anchors who worked on a national level, either on broadcast or cable.

Circa 1980, Kathleen Sullivan was very good on Turner's stations/CNN.
Good ole Walter Conkrite was good on the CBS News, but he used to piss me off during the Apollo missions as he never know when to STFU and just let US listen to the astronauts without his comments- so he falls into two categories:
Best while on the 6:30 CBS Evening News, but sucked the worst when he and Wally Shirra would see who could talk the most over the NASA CAPCOM communications between Houston and the astronauts.
Honorable mention: best news anchor on a movie: Bill Bonds.
Honorable mention: best weather presenter: Shay and her sweater puppies

Worst:
Nora O'Donnell. Absolutely terrible. WTF was CBS thinking?

Don Lemon. He's always annoyed me.

Brian Kilmeade. Why is he almost always bent out of shape? Dude needs to take a chill pill.

Joe Scarborough's co-host: I cannot remember her name; there is a lot of grey matter between her ears. Zero personality to boot.

Nora?... I don't know about "terrible", but I agree with the "WTF were they thinking"

Kilmeade .. Would not consider him a news anchor any more than Bernie Smilovitz.

Mika? I think you meant NOT a lot of grey matter!!! And I agree!!

Norah is an OK interviewer, and was decent on CBS This Morning, but she's not that great on the CBS Evening News. A BIG downgrade from both Scott Pelley and Jeff Glor. She's not liked by most news enthusiasts and the ratings are even lower than before.

Don is an OK anchor but there's something many people don't like about him that I'm not sure about. This started when he joined CNN

Brian, I don't know much about.

Joe's cohost is named Mika Brezinski and I'm not sure about her since I'm not up that early in the morning.
