Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

Apparently he's from Livingstone County, is that someplace up north?

The GOP can only field decent candidates if they are carpetbaggers.
They/them, non-binary and proud.

Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

I don't think Mike Rogers would classify as that MCRF. He certainly is knowledgeable of Michigan and represented it for years.

Lot of people in Michigan also have a house in Florida. If he had had to care for any aging relative, there would be a reason to stay longer and register to vote.

Ironically, once they go to Washington DC, by your yardstick, they should all be required to register as a Washington DC resident and be considered a carpetbagger.

PS Slotkin has been shacking up in the house of lobbyist in the Lansing area after her district changed. Talk about Carpetbagging and hypocrisy. Matt obviously has some sort of crush on Slotkin because Megan is taken. https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2 ... etbagging/

PPS Livingstone? LOL

Can you read? In no way did I endorse Slotkin. I'm not sure why you think I have a thing for Meghan McCain, but that is very weird, bordering on creepy. I do respect that she realizes Trump is a piece of shit and is willing to share at every opportunity.

It was a mild ribbing, you silly goose.

However, your denial is more alarming, and unless you have chronic amnesia, your past crush on Megan is well known on this board.

Trick question:
How long did Hilary live in New York before she decided to snatch that senate seat?

Long enough, I remember she caught some flack, but it was over a year.

So is Mike Rogers not a resident?

Senators do not legally have to be a resident of the state that they represent. Some years ago, someone represented New York, then represented New Hampshire. The same guy was elected Senator from two different states.

You are indeed correct. The residency requirement only applies at time of election. There is no state residency requirement that applies during the actual term of office.
