So says Special counsel John Durham, who I admit I didn't even know still had an open and ongoing investigation into the FBI.

“Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we conclude that the (Justice) Department and FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report,” Durham wrote.

The report also concludes that “at least on the part of certain personnel intimately involved in the matter” there was “a predisposition to open an investigation into Trump.”

Wait, what? Certain people had a "predisposition" to investigate Trump? You coulda knocked me over with a feather. Say, you don't suppose it is possible that certain people still have such a predisposition, do you?

The FBI has been going after corruption in both parties since it's inception. They are disliked by all political sides. They have put guilty people in jail but sometimes they overplay their role. Law enforcement is consistently accused of abusing power by criminals and innocent victims alike. Just because you started noticing this year doesn't mean that it's worse than it's ever been.
