She didn't have money to travel to another state? Sorry I'm buying that one.

However, since the law just passed, there might be some wrinkles in the health system that need to be ironed out as it appears that doctors could have signed off on this one.

On the other hand, I have personally heard several times that doctors told the woman to abort because the ultrasound showed a problem, but the child was ultimately born healthy. Either it was miracle, the doctor was guilty of malpractice, or it was false reading.

A second or third opinion is always a good idea.
