Okay. Here's the actual order. Does it say men can't wear a dress, or women can't wear a suit? Or does it just want people to not come to work looking like bums?

The way I read it, dressing the way you identify isn't prohibited. But look nice. What do you think?

The better question is, where are all the consistent union supporters who should say, “If you don’t like it, work somewhere else!”

If the sole objective here is to look nice at work, what beef would the unions have?

After reading the actual guideline, just seems like the article you linked is a spin. Perhaps I'm mistaken.
