His whole campaign against the state's largest employer makes no sense from a GOP governor.

He's certainly against business.

In yet another twist (and by 'twist' I mean like a shiv going into the torso of someone) Disney puts the kibosh on a nearly $1B corporate campus in Florida.

Rhonda just solidified the notions of "Fuck around and find out" and "Don't screw around with the Mouse" all in one shot. Disney is not bluffing, they are already working with the Imagineering staff to cover relocation costs back to California.
