Why do the popo need a union?

They can just say shit and do what they want.

Regardless of what you think of the police they don't write their own paychecks. They don't have unlimited PTO .These things are negotiated in a CBA.

Policemen get abused by their supervisors just like other workers do. That is why they need a union.
