Unfortunately the reality is that since 2008 the country has moved to the right and simply isn't ready for this... It's becoming a case of too much too fast and we may be hurtling towards a major backlash on it.

I realize that... I'm saying that in reaction to Obama's win it lurched farther to the right that it was. Look at the results of the last decade.
