Re: Biden Speech
Show me a poll that says the raving, dementia-ridden lunatic's speech was a good idea. I'll hang up and listen...
Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

Re: Biden Speech
It’s too early to say. If his approval numbers move sharply the wrong way we can chat. Right now he’s holding steady with that 45% he’s had the last few weeks.
Re: Biden Speech
Considering most folks didn't even see the speech (or even see the real highlights in the "news"), I doubt that one speech is going to change his approval numbers one way or the other.
I was thinking that Norah O'Donnell was probably LIVID the night that speech was on and she wasn't allowed to takeover the transmission towers and broadcast it to all the nation.
After the speech, I'd bet she's thinking "Thank GOD we didn't air THAT!!"
Re: Biden Speech
again the only people who seem to not like the speech are Republicans.km1125 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 12:06 pmConsidering most folks didn't even see the speech (or even see the real highlights in the "news"), I doubt that one speech is going to change his approval numbers one way or the other.

From my perspective and the perspective of many of my friends, Biden stated the obvious.
Trump and his band of deplorables are bad for this country they did attempt and insurrection and Trump continues to thwart the laws of this land including the Constitution.

That speech was a dumb idea.
Overall 35.5% thought it was a good idea - 64.5% did not.A vast majority of Republicans, 89.1 percent, said that Biden’s speech "represents a dangerous escalation," with just 4.7 percent saying it was "acceptable," and 6.2 percent saying they weren’t sure.
62.4 percent of independent voters said the speech was a "dangerous escalation," while 31.2 percent said it was "acceptable."

Re: Biden Speech
These Republicans have not one centimeter of ground to stand upon. I could go through at least 10 but anyone with a shred of a brains knows what I mean. 40 years of failed policies, standing with a man who committed treason, rolling back voting rights, rolling back women's rights, and I could go on. I don't pray as I'm an atheist but I do hope the voters do not give let these oaf's obtain any sort of power.TC Talks wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 1:12 pmagain the only people who seem to not like the speech are Republicans.km1125 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 12:06 pmConsidering most folks didn't even see the speech (or even see the real highlights in the "news"), I doubt that one speech is going to change his approval numbers one way or the other.

They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.
